If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. ## 2. Service Description QRPatrol is a patrol management system that enables security companies to: - Track guard patrols using QR code checkpoints - Monitor GPS locations of guards and vehicles - Generate reports and analytics - Manage incidents and tasks - Communicate with guards in real-time ## 3. User Accounts ### 3.1 Account Creation - Company administrators must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account - Each company is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials - Companies are responsible for all activities that occur under their account ### 3.2 Guard Accounts - Guards are created by company administrators - Guards must use the mobile application with their provided credentials - Guards are prohibited from sharing their credentials with others ## 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use QRPatrol to: - Violate any laws or regulations - Infringe on intellectual property rights - Transmit malicious code or viruses - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Interfere with the proper working of the service - Use the service for any unlawful purpose ## 5. Data and Privacy ### 5.1 Data Collection QRPatrol collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy, including: - User account information - GPS location data during patrols - Checkpoint scan data - Incident reports and photos ### 5.2 Data Ownership - Companies retain ownership of their data - QRPatrol has the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for improving the service ## 6. Payment and Subscriptions ### 6.1 Subscription Plans - QRPatrol offers various subscription plans with different features and limits - Pricing is based on the number of buildings, checkpoints, and guards - Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually ### 6.2 Free Trial - New companies may be eligible for a free trial period - No credit card is required during the trial - Trial automatically ends unless a paid subscription is activated ### 6.3 Cancellation and Refunds - Companies may cancel their subscription at any time - No refunds are provided for partial months - Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period ## 7. Service Availability ### 7.1 Uptime - We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service - Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible ### 7.2 Mobile Application - The mobile application requires iOS 13+ or Android 8+ - We reserve the right to release updates and require users to upgrade ## 8. Intellectual Property ### 8.1 QRPatrol Property - All aspects of QRPatrol, including software, design, and content, are owned by us - You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the service ### 8.2 User Content - You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, reports, etc.) - You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service ## 9. Limitation of Liability ### 9.1 Service "As Is" QRPatrol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ### 9.2 Limitation In no event shall QRPatrol be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. ### 9.3 Maximum Liability Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. ## 10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold QRPatrol harmless from any claims, losses, liability, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms. ## 11. Termination ### 11.1 Termination by Company Companies may terminate their account at any time through the settings page. ### 11.2 Termination by QRPatrol We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: - Violate these terms - Engage in fraudulent activity - Have past-due payments - Pose a security risk ### 11.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination: - Access to the service will be revoked - Data may be deleted after a grace period - Companies may request a data export before deletion ## 12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. ## 13. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QRPatrol operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. ## 14. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. ## 15.
