How does QR code checkpoint scanning work?

Guards use the mobile app to scan QR codes placed at checkpoints. Each scan records the time, location (GPS), and checkpoint details. Guards can also add photos, notes, or incident reports. Supervisors can view all scans in real-time through the web dashboard, ensuring accountability and compliance.

What pricing plans do you offer?

Does the app work offline?

Yes, the mobile app has offline mode. Guards can scan checkpoints and create incident reports even without internet connection. All data is automatically synchronized when the connection is restored, ensuring no information is lost.

Can I generate reports for clients?

Yes! QRPatrol includes comprehensive reporting tools. You can generate customized reports showing patrol completion, checkpoint scans, incidents, and guard activity. Reports can be scheduled for automatic delivery to clients via email in PDF format.

How does GPS tracking work?

The mobile app tracks guard locations in real-time using GPS. You can view live locations on a map, see historical routes, and verify that guards are visiting their assigned checkpoints. GPS breadcrumbs are recorded throughout the shift and can be replayed later.

What kind of incident reporting is included?

Guards can create detailed incident reports directly from the mobile app, including photos, voice notes, witness information, and GPS location. Reports are categorized by type (security breach, maintenance, medical, etc.) and can include multiple photos with timestamps and annotations.

Is my data secure?

Who owns the data collected?
