Profile, password and appearance

Your personal settings live on one page with a menu on the left: Profile, Password, Two-Factor Auth and Appearance. They only change your own login, not anyone else's in your company.

To open them, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Settings.

Change your name or email

1. Open Profile.
2. Edit Name or Email.
3. Click Save.

You see Profile updated. when it worked. The email must not belong to another QRPatrol user. From your next sign-in on, you use the new email.

Change your password

1. Open Password.
2. Enter your Current password.
3. Enter the new password in New password and again in Confirm Password. It must be at least 8 characters long.
4. Click Save.

You see Password updated. when it worked. If the current password is wrong, all three fields are cleared and you can try again.

Switch between light and dark mode

1. Open Appearance.
2. Choose Light, Dark or System. System follows the setting of your computer or phone.

The change applies straight away. It is saved in this browser only, so set it again on other devices. The sun and moon button at the bottom of the sidebar switches between light and dark from any page.

Change the language

The button next to the theme button at the bottom of the sidebar shows the other language, for example MK. Click it to switch the whole app to that language. QRPatrol remembers your choice for the next time you sign in.

Delete your account

1. Open Profile and scroll to Delete account.
2. Click Delete account.
3. Enter your Password and click Delete account in the dialog.
