Report an incident
Report theft, damage, a medical emergency or anything else from the foot patrol screen, with photos, so your company sees it straight away.

You report incidents from the foot patrol screen while you patrol a building. The report is filed under that building, and your company's managers get a notification about it.
Send a report
- On the foot patrol screen, tap the red warning button at the bottom left. Report Incident opens.
- Under Incident Type, choose what happened: Theft, Vandalism, Suspicious Activity, Medical Emergency, Fire, Accident, Trespassing or Other.
- Under Severity, choose Low, Medium, High or Critical.
- Enter a short Title, then describe what happened in Description.
- To add photos, tap Gallery to pick them from your phone or Camera to take one. You can add up to 10. Tap the cross on a photo to remove it.
- Tap Submit Report.
A green message confirms that the incident was reported.
Fill in all four fields first
Incident Type, Severity, Title and Description are required. If one is empty when you tap Submit Report, the form closes and what you entered is lost.
On a car patrol
The car patrol screen has no incident button. Reports are sent from the foot patrol screen.
