On this page
The Dashboard is the first page you see after you sign in. It counts what you have set up, shows the latest checkpoint scans and lists who is on duty right now. Open it any time from Dashboard at the top of the sidebar.
The four counters
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Buildings | All your buildings. The line underneath says how many of them are active. |
| Checkpoints | All checkpoints across every building. |
| Guards | All guard accounts. The line underneath says how many are active. |
| Scans Today | Checkpoint scans made today. The line underneath gives the total for this month. |
The counters can lag a few minutes
The four numbers refresh at most every 5 minutes. A scan made a moment ago can already be in Recent Checkpoint Scans while Scans Today still shows the old count.
Guard Login QR Code
This card shows your company's login QR code and your Company Code. When a guard scans this code on the sign-in screen of the mobile app, the app fills in your company for them. They then only enter their email and password.
- Click Download to save the code as a PNG image you can print or send to your guards.
- Or click Print to open your browser's print dialog.
The steps under How guards use this: on the card are the same ones your guards follow. See Install the app and sign in for the full sign-in.
Recent Checkpoint Scans
The ten most recent scans, newest first. Each row shows the checkpoint, its building, the guard who scanned it and how long ago. Click View all checkpoints under the list to open your checkpoints.
Until the first scan comes in, the card says No checkpoint scans yet.
Active Shifts
Up to five shifts that are in progress right now, with the guard and the building. A shift shows up here once the guard has started it, not when it is only scheduled. Click View all shifts to open the full list.
Quick Actions
The buttons at the bottom open the matching form straight away:
- Add Building
- Add Checkpoint
- Add Guard
- Create Shift
