Install the app and sign in

You patrol with the QRPatrol app on your phone. Your company creates your account and gives you the email address and password to sign in with.

Get the app

Your company sends you the app. Managers find it under Download App in the QRPatrol web app: the newest version is at the top of the list, and the Download column has an iOS, Android or APK link for it.

Sign in

1. Open the app.
2. Tap the QR icon at the right of the first field and scan your company's login QR code. This fills in your company. You can skip this step and leave the field empty.
3. Enter your Email address and Password.
4. Tap Login.

The home screen opens, with your buildings under My Buildings and your shifts under My Schedule. The app keeps you signed in, so next time it opens straight on the home screen.

To switch between English and Macedonian, use the language picker at the top of the login screen.

If you forgot your password

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?.
2. Enter your email address and tap Send Code.
3. Enter the 6-digit code from the email and tap Verify Code. The code works for 15 minutes.
4. Enter your new password twice and tap Reset Password.

If you never got a password

If your company added you during its setup, you got a welcome email instead of a password. Follow the steps under If you forgot your password to choose your own. Send Code emails you a fresh code, so use the newest one.

If you can't sign in

• Check your email address and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
• If you typed a company code by hand, check it or clear the field and try again.
• If it still fails, ask your manager. Your account may be set to inactive.
